Return Policy

At Funky Frum, we are sure that you will be more than satisfied with your order, and back our products with the utmost confidence.

In the event that you would like to return a product purchased at funkyfrum.com, we will be more than happy to give a full refund (minus all shipping and handling costs, if applicable) for products returned (and actually received by Funky Frum) within 14 days of the original order date. Products returned (and actually received by Funky Frum) between 15 and 30 days of the original order date are eligible for a store credit equal to the amount returned.

Only unworn items with all tags attached are eligible for a return or exchange. All items marked "Final Sale," as well as all accessories, are not eligible for a return or exchanges.

The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses when returning or exchanging products. To Return an Item(s):

1. Email email@funkyfrum.com with the words "Return/Exchange" as the subject. Be sure to include your name, order number, and reasons for return/exchange.
2. Make a copy of your original invoice, and circle the items you would like to Return or Exchange (and if applicable, including new sizes/colors desired). Please include the reason why you are returning the items as well, and place in the box with all items to be returned/exchanged.

NOTE: All returns that do not adhere to the policies above, are returned without contacting Funky Frum first, or are received by Funky Frum after the designated return or exchange time periods will be either shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense, or become the property of Funky Frum, depending on the discretion of Be Precious.

Funky Frum is not responsible for lost and or stolen items in transit. This policy is made expressly subject to the Terms of Use of the FunkyFrum.com website and your use of the website is expressly conditioned upon your approval of those Terms of Use.
