Will I be charged sales tax?
Funky Frum is required by law to charge local sales tax if your purchase is mailed to a California or New York address. Please note that on-screen order totals reflect estimated tax. The actual charge to your credit card will reflect all applicable state, local and county taxes and will be calculated when the order is shipped.
What payment methods do you accept?
We try to make your shopping experience easy by creating a quick and efficient ordering process and by accepting Mastercard and Visa. Shipping charges are determined by the value of your order.
How can I place an order?
Online: Browse through any department on Funky Frum. When you see an item you like, click on "add to shopping bag" and continue shopping. When you're ready to check out, click on "view shopping bag" to confirm your items. After you've made any changes and updated the quantities as desired, click on "checkout" to finish.

Please note: Our site has strict security standards to protect your personal information, including your credit card number. Because email does not meet this standard of security, we cannot accept orders sent via email. For your security, please do not include your credit card information in any email you send us.
How will I know my order was placed?
You will receive a confirmation of your order at the conclusion of the order process followed by a confirmation email; It will include your order number and an approximate total amount to be charged. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact a Funky Frum customer service representative at 1-800-736-3201 or support@FunkyFrum.com.
How do I know which size will fit me?
When possible, we have provided measurements for particular styles. There is a different size chart for each designer/manufacturer, so be sure to check the size chart for each style in which you are interested. We would be happy to assist you over the phone or through email if you have questions about styles for which we do not have specifications.
Are the colors displayed on the site accurate?
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
What is the length of your skirts?
Product descriptions include the approximate length of each skirt. Our goal is to provide modest skirts that fit below the knee or longer; skirts will fit each person differently.
