Shipping Carriers
FunkyFrum.com offers our customers a wide variety of shipping methods to receive their products. All our products are shipped from Los Angeles, California, Monday thru Thursday via Standard Ground Shipping and are anticipated to arrive between 3-7 business days from credit approval. All orders received after 3:00 PM EST (12:00 PM PST) will be processed on the next business day. We fulfill orders on all business days until 3:00 PM EST (12:00 PM PST). Business days excludes weekends and all holidays observed by FunkyFrum.com.
Standard Ground Shipping
All orders processed for shipment, upon approval of credit, will be sent via Standard Ground Shipping, unless you request an Alternative Shipping Method at the time you place your order. Please see the Alternative Shipping Methods, below, for more information.
If you would like to receive your order quicker, we offer the following alternative shipping options:
2nd Day Shipping
All orders shipped via 2nd day shipping will be processed as soon as credit approval is given. Orders will arrive 2 business days after time of approval.
Priority Overnight Shipping
All orders shipped via Overnight shipping will be processed as soon as credit approval is given. Orders will arrive on the next business day after time of approval.
**Please Note for all 2nd Day or Overnight Deliveries**
For next day orders placed after 12 PM on Thursdays, or 2nd Day orders placed on Wednesday after 12 PM, Funky Frum can not guarantee that your package will arive on the 2nd day or next day, and may arrive the following Monday or Tuesday.
International Shipping
Funky Frum is pleased to offer international shipping to select countries. Now, you may shop as would any of our domestic customers. If you do not see your country in the dropdown menu on the shipping page, please contact customer service to find out if we are able to ship directly to you.
For customers to whom we do not directly ship, we refer you to US Global Mail for your international shipping needs. US Global Mail provides its members with a US street address to receive mail and merchandise from any retailer and acts as a mail forwarding service which enables you to shop US retailers more cost-effectively. The company has agreements with several shipping companies including FedEx that allow for rates cheaper than standard international shipping… and they pass on the savings to you. To take advantage of the benefits US Global Mail offers, you must first sign up for an account. Once you have done so, you can return to Funky Frum to order your stylish modest clothing. In either case, the customer is responsible for all duties, taxes and brokerage fees associated with customs on all non-U.S. shipments. The customer is also responsible for the full shipping fees, which we will charge to your credit card once the exact shipping fees are known. If merchandise is returned to Funky Frum as unpaid by the customer, Funky Frum will charge the customer’s credit card on file for all fees transferred to us including, but not limited to, duties, taxes and brokerage fees.
FunkyFrum.com is not responsible for delays and/or lost, stolen or damaged shipments caused by shipping carriers, third parties and/or acts or events outside the immediate and direct control of FunkyFrum.com.
